1.Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between Assure Lead LLC, doing business as GoGoSites ("GoGoSites," "we," "us," or "our") and the business that orders our services ("you," "your," or "Customer"). You accept the Terms when you place an order, check an acceptance box, pay an invoice, sign an order form, or use the Services. If you do not agree, do not order or use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business you represent. If you order on behalf of a business, "you" means that business and the person acting for it.

2.What We Do

GoGoSites designs, builds, hosts, and maintains websites for businesses on a monthly subscription, and offers optional lead-automation features such as a website chatbot, missed-call text-back, lead notifications, a lead capture dashboard, automated follow-up, an AI phone receptionist, call summaries, appointment booking, monthly reports, written articles, and a done-with-you AI search setup (together, the "Services"). The Services are for business use only, not for personal, family, or household purposes.

3.Plans and What Is Included

The plan you choose (currently Liftoff, Orbit, Rocket, and Mission Control) determines what is included. The plan page at gogosites.com and your order confirmation list the pages, features, edit allowances, and usage allowances for your plan. Anything not listed is not included and may be quoted separately.

Minor edit. A minor edit is a change to existing content or a standard website component on an existing page: updated text, a swapped image, new hours or contact details, a price change, or a similar routine change. A new page, a redesign, custom functionality, a new integration, an ongoing SEO project, or new copywriting is not a minor edit and is quoted separately. Liftoff includes one (1) minor edit per month; unused edits do not roll over. Orbit, Rocket and Mission Control include unlimited minor edit requests with one active request at a time: we work on your requests in the order received, one at a time, and a request may contain several related changes. We target routine minor edits within two (2) business days but do not guarantee turnaround.

SEO foundation. Every plan includes an initial technical SEO foundation (page titles and descriptions, headings, clean URLs, mobile compatibility, and indexing configuration where applicable). Liftoff and Orbit do not include ongoing SEO work, new articles, or link building. No plan includes any ranking, placement, or traffic guarantee.

Monthly articles (Rocket and Mission Control). Rocket and Mission Control include five (5) published, business-specific articles per month, written for your business with AI assistance and reviewed by us for accuracy and quality. Each article includes a relevant topic, useful original information, appropriate on-page formatting, internal links, and a call to action. Articles are drafted from the topics and questions you give us in onboarding, by email, or through your account; if you give us none, we choose them. Each article is sent to you for approval before publication; you may approve it, decline it, or request changes, and a changed article returns to you for approval again. If we hear nothing within ten (10) business days of sending an article for review, it is deemed approved and published. Unused articles do not roll over, articles are not delivered as a cash or credit substitute, and the monthly allowance starts the first full month after your site goes live. This is an ongoing content service, distinct from the one-time SEO setup included in every plan.

Auto SEO (optional; included in Mission Control, an add-on for Orbit and Rocket). Auto SEO is ongoing, AI-assisted search-optimization work on one website, turned on or off by the account owner in the client portal. It is included in Mission Control and available on Orbit and Rocket for the monthly add-on price shown when you turn it on (currently $79 per website per month), billed with that website's subscription and prorated in the first period; it is not available on Liftoff. Free months on Orbit and Rocket: each Orbit or Rocket website may start Auto SEO once with six (6) free months, or twelve (12) free months if the account owner turns it on within seventy-two (72) hours of first opening the client portal for that website. By turning it on, you agree that when the free months end Auto SEO continues as the paid add-on at the price shown at activation, billed with that website's subscription, unless you turn it off before then in the portal. We email you a reminder at least seven (7) days before the free months end. Turning it off during the free months costs nothing; the free months cannot be restarted or transferred, and they end if the website's service ends. While it is on: (a) about once a week we may change technical search elements (page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, structured data, canonical tags, internal links on existing words, sitemap and robots files) without asking first, and these changes do not alter the visible wording of your pages; (b) about once a month we may prepare one new or improved page (for example a service page, a page for a service area you list, or a frequently-asked-questions page), which is sent to you for approval and handled like an article, including deemed approval after ten (10) business days without a response; (c) if you turn on auto-approve in the portal, those pages are published when ready without a separate review, except a page that needs a fact from you, which waits for you as described in (b); you may turn auto-approve off at any time; (d) you may undo any Auto SEO change from the portal within thirty (30) days of it going live; and (e) you receive a weekly email listing the changes that went live and anything waiting for you. We state facts about your business only from what you give us. You may turn it off at any time; it stops right away and the add-on is not billed again, with no refund or credit for the rest of the current period, and it ends automatically when the website's service ends. Auto SEO does not include link building, paid advertising, or work on other websites, and no ranking, placement, traffic, or lead result is guaranteed.

Second language (optional add-on, every plan). For the monthly add-on price shown when you add it (currently $39 per website per month, billed with that website's subscription and prorated in the first period), we publish one additional language version of a live website, chosen by the account owner from the languages offered in the portal, with a language button on each page. English remains the primary version. Translations are produced with AI assistance. The first translated version is sent to you for review and is handled like an article, including deemed approval after ten (10) business days without a response; after that, changes to the English pages are translated and published automatically without a separate review. You are responsible for reviewing translated content you rely on, including any legal, safety, pricing or warranty wording, and the English version controls if the two differ. You may remove the language at any time; billing for it stops right away with no refund or credit for the rest of the current period, and the translated pages are taken down. It ends automatically when the website's service ends.

Done-with-you AI search setup (Rocket and Mission Control). A one-time setup, delivered with you, that prepares your business to be found and understood by AI assistants and AI-powered search features: business discovery, service-topic planning, initial search and indexing configuration, relevant FAQs, and an introductory content strategy walkthrough. This is best-effort work on content and structure. We do not control these services, do not guarantee that your business will appear, be cited, be recommended, or rank in any search engine or AI assistant, and do not guarantee any number of leads, inquiries, or visitors.

Monthly reports. Liftoff includes a monthly website report; Orbit includes monthly performance reporting; Rocket and Mission Control include a monthly SEO and lead activity report. Reports summarize data available to us and may vary with the tools connected to your site.

Logo concept and ad graphics (Orbit and above). The logo concept is one (1) initial concept and one (1) revision. We may use design tools, including artificial intelligence, to create it. You may use the final concept for your business anywhere, and we transfer to you whatever rights we hold in it; however, designs made with AI tools may not qualify for copyright protection, and we do not search, clear, or guarantee that a logo concept can be registered as a trademark or is free of conflict with marks used by others. If exclusivity matters to you, ask your attorney about a trademark search before you rely on it. Facebook advertising graphics are three (3) initial branded graphics for you to run in your own ad account; ad campaign management, ad spend, and further creatives are not included. Google Business Profile setup assistance is help creating or tuning a profile you own; we do not guarantee verification, reviews, rankings, or map placement.

Usage allowances. Chatbot interactions, text messages, and AI phone minutes are subject to a fair-use allowance stated on your order. Usage beyond the allowance is billed at the overage rate published on your order or plan page, or the feature may be paused until the next billing period if you have not authorized overages.

4.Setup Fee and Commitment Options

Each plan is available two ways: (a) month-to-month with a one-time setup fee, or (b) a 12-month commitment with the setup fee waived. The setup fee amounts are listed on the plan page and your order.

On a 12-month plan, the setup fee is waived in exchange for the commitment. If you cancel, or we terminate for your breach or nonpayment, before the 12-month term ends, a flat early-termination charge of $500 becomes due. No other months are owed after the cancellation takes effect. Month-to-month plans, where the setup fee was paid up front, have no early-termination charge. After the term, your plan continues month-to-month until canceled.

5.Subscription, Billing, and Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance to the payment method on file, starting on your order date, and renew automatically each month until canceled. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges for your plan price, setup fee (if any), authorized overages, taxes, and any other charges you approve.

We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A price change takes effect at your next renewal after the notice period; during a 12-month term your plan price is fixed.

You are responsible for applicable sales, use, and similar taxes. Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.

6.GoGo Partner Credit

You may choose to display a small, clickable "Website by GoGoSites" attribution in your website footer in exchange for a $10 monthly credit on your plan price. The credit is optional and reversible. If the attribution is removed, hidden, or altered, the credit ends and your price returns to the standard plan price at the next billing cycle. We may modify or end the program with 30 days' notice; your other plan terms are unaffected.

7.Your Content

You provide the materials used to build your site, such as your business name, logo, text, photos, videos, and contact details ("Customer Content"). You own your Customer Content. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to copy, host, display, adapt, and use Customer Content to build, host, operate, support, and promote your site for as long as you use the Services, and as described in the Portfolio section below.

You represent that you own or have the rights to use all Customer Content, that it does not infringe anyone's rights, and that it complies with applicable law. We may decline, remove, or require changes to content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

8.Ownership of Your Website (the Ownership Promise)

We build it. You own it. You own the customer-specific deliverables we create for you: the agreed final design and the content of your website (together with your Customer Content, the "Deliverables"), subject to the licenses of any third-party fonts, images, or software we disclose to you. Ownership of the Deliverables passes to you when they are delivered; until any amount you owe us is paid, we retain a license to withhold further delivery.

Your domain is always yours. It is registered in your name and under your control. See the Domain Names section.

Your data is always yours. Leads, customer information, form submissions, messages, call summaries, and analytics about your business are your data. You may export them at any time while your account is open and for thirty (30) days after it closes.

No website buyout fee. On request at any time, we will give you a usable export of your website (pages, styles, scripts, images, and content) at no charge, and you receive a perpetual, nonexclusive license to use it anywhere. Taking the export does not end your subscription obligations: a 12-month term, the early-termination charge, and any unpaid amounts still apply as written in these Terms.

What does not transfer. Third-party software, hosted chatbots, the AI receptionist, automation workflows, our proprietary platform components, hosting configuration, and software we license from others are licensed to you for use with the Services and are not part of the export; they remain with GoGoSites or their respective owners. The export is a static copy of your site as built, and you are responsible for hosting it elsewhere.

9.Domain Names

If you do not have a domain, each website on an active plan includes one standard domain (a common extension such as .com at its standard registration price, as shown in your account), registered in your name through our registrar account and renewed at our expense while your subscription for that website is active. Premium-priced domains are not included. If we register a domain on your behalf, we hold it for your benefit and will transfer it to you on request at no transfer fee; after your subscription ends, or once it is transferred, you are responsible for registrar fees and renewals. If you already own a domain, you authorize us to configure DNS and related records for the Services. We are not responsible for a domain that lapses because registrar fees were not paid or because registrar contact details were out of date.

10.Hosting, Security, and Backups

Every plan includes hosting, SSL, and periodic backups. We use reputable providers and reasonable commercial safeguards, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, specific uptime, or that backups will restore every change. We may perform maintenance and may move your site between providers. You should keep your own copies of Customer Content.

11.The Build Process

The build begins when we receive your Customer Content. We will show you the site before launch. The site is deemed approved for launch when you approve it, or ten (10) business days after we send it for review if we have not heard from you, whichever comes first. Billing begins on your order date regardless of when you deliver your content or approve the site. Timelines published on our site are targets, not guarantees, and depend on prompt delivery of content and feedback.

12.Edits and Change Requests

Send edit requests through your account or by email. We target routine minor edits within two (2) business days but do not guarantee turnaround. On Orbit and above we work one active request at a time, in the order received. Requests beyond the Liftoff monthly allowance, or that are not minor edits on any plan, will be quoted before work begins and billed to your payment method on approval.

13.Lead-Automation Features

Rocket and Mission Control plans include automation features that send messages to, and receive messages from, your prospects and customers. You are the sender of those messages. You are responsible for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, state telemarketing, texting, and call-recording laws, carrier messaging rules, and any rules specific to your industry; for obtaining any consent those laws require before a message is sent; and for honoring opt-outs. We provide tools and default templates, not legal advice. We may suspend a feature that we believe is being used unlawfully or in a way that risks carrier or platform penalties.

14.AI Phone Receptionist and Chatbot

The AI phone receptionist and website chatbot use artificial intelligence to answer calls and chats, take messages, qualify leads, and book appointments where supported. They identify themselves as automated assistants. They can misunderstand, make mistakes, or fail to answer, and they are not suitable for emergencies or for giving medical, legal, financial, or other regulated advice. You must review call summaries, transcripts, and chat logs, and you remain responsible for every commitment made to your customers. Calls and chats may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized; you are responsible for any notice or consent your jurisdiction requires. See our AI and Automated Communications Policy, which is part of these Terms.

15.Third-Party Services

The Services depend on third parties, including domain registrars, hosting and content-delivery providers, payment processors (such as Stripe), telephone and messaging carriers, AI model providers, calendar and booking tools, and Google services such as Analytics, Search Console, and Business Profile. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for their availability, decisions, pricing changes, or errors, and we may replace a provider at any time.

17.Your Responsibilities

You will keep your contact and payment details current; provide accurate information about your business; hold any licenses your business requires; comply with laws that apply to your industry and your advertising; provide any privacy notice, terms, or disclosures your own website visitors are entitled to; and promptly review what we send you. We can add a basic privacy notice to your site on request, but you are responsible for its accuracy and for your own compliance.

18.Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to publish or send anything unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or harmful; to distribute malware or spam; to collect sensitive personal information without a lawful basis; to impersonate anyone; to interfere with the Services or other customers; or to build a competing service. We may remove content or suspend Services that violate this section.

19.Our Intellectual Property

GoGoSites and its licensors own the Services, our platform, templates, code libraries, designs, documentation, trademarks, and all related intellectual property. Except for the licenses expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our platform, or remove our notices from any deliverable before your Site Build license is granted.

20.Portfolio and Attribution

We may display your site, your business name, and your logo in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing, and may state that we built your site, unless you ask us in writing not to. Participation in the GoGo Partner Credit requires the footer attribution described above; otherwise no attribution is required on your site.

21.Feedback and Reviews

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction or compensation. If you submit a review or testimonial, you confirm it is accurate and your own, and you grant us a license to publish it with your name and business name. We will remove a review on request.

22.Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's nonpublic business information with reasonable care and use it only for this relationship. This does not cover information that is public, already known, independently developed, received from a third party without restriction, or required to be disclosed by law (with notice where permitted).

23.Privacy and Customer Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information about you and your staff. Information about your website visitors, callers, and customers that flows through your site and automation features ("Customer Data") is processed on your behalf as your service provider, only to provide the Services, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for collecting Customer Data lawfully, for the notices and consents it requires, and for responding to your customers' privacy requests. We will reasonably assist you.

25.Payment Processing and Failed Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe or another processor under its terms; we receive limited payment data. If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry. If payment is not received within three (3) days after a failed payment, we may suspend the Services, including taking your site offline, until the balance is paid. A failed or reversed payment does not cancel what you owe. Amounts more than 30 days overdue may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is less, plus reasonable collection costs.

26.Refunds

Our Refund Policy is part of these Terms. In short: subscription payments, setup fees, overages, and third-party fees are nonrefundable, and cancellation stops future charges rather than refunding past ones.

27.Cancellation by You

You may cancel at any time through your account or by emailing us. On a month-to-month plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. On a 12-month plan, cancellation before the term ends takes effect at the end of the current billing period and the $500 early-termination charge described above becomes due and is charged to your payment method on file when you confirm. Canceling through your account shows you exactly what applies to your plan before you confirm, asks why you are leaving, may show you a lower permanent price to stay (accepting it keeps your plan and changes only the price), and then asks the account owner to confirm each of the following and to type their name: that they are the account owner making the request, that the cancellation is final, that the early-termination charge applies (12-month plans before the term ends), and that the site export and any domain transfer take three to five (3–5) business days. We record those confirmations with the date, time, IP address and device, and email you a copy.

After you cancel. Your site stays live until the effective date. Within three to five (3–5) business days of your request we deliver a usable export of your site (see the Ownership Promise) and, if we registered your domain, start its transfer to you; registrar transfers can take additional days outside our control. Hosted chatbots, the AI receptionist, automation workflows and platform components are licensed and do not transfer. Export your data from your account before the effective date, or ask us for a copy within thirty (30) days after it.

28.What Happens When Service Ends

When your subscription ends: your site is taken offline and automation features stop at the end of the final billing period; any outstanding amounts become due; if your setup fee has been paid in full, we deliver your Site Build on request; we transfer any domain we hold for you on request; we keep a backup of your site for thirty (30) days and then delete it, except as the law requires us to retain records; and sections that by their nature should survive (payment, ownership, confidentiality, liability, disputes) survive.

29.Suspension and Termination by GoGoSites

We may suspend or terminate the Services, with notice where practical, for nonpayment, violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or unlawful use, risks to our systems or other customers, or legal requirements. If we terminate without cause, we will refund any prepaid, unused subscription period; that is the only situation in which a refund is owed.

30.Changes to the Services

We may improve, change, add, or retire features. If we materially reduce what your plan includes during a 12-month term, we will tell you and you may cancel without an early-termination charge within 30 days of the notice.

31.No Guarantee of Business Results

We do not guarantee leads, calls, bookings, search rankings, traffic, sales, or any return on investment. Results depend on your market, your offer, and factors outside our control.

32.Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NONINFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES, AI OUTPUTS, OR AUTOMATED MESSAGES WILL BE ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE.

33.Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOGOSITES AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS, LOST DATA, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON AI OUTPUTS, MISSED CALLS OR MESSAGES, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) $500. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE THE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW THEM.

34.Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoGoSites and its owners, employees, contractors, and providers from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your Customer Content or Customer Data; your products, services, advertising, or customer relationships; your use of lead-automation or AI features, including any calling, texting, recording, or consent claims; or your breach of these Terms or applicable law. We will notify you of a covered claim and may participate in the defense with our own counsel. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault for us or imposes obligations on us without our written consent.

35.Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, outages at hosting, carrier, registrar, or AI providers, cyberattacks, labor disputes, or government action. Your payment obligations for Services already provided are not excused.

36.Informal Dispute Resolution

Before starting arbitration or a lawsuit, the complaining party must send a written Notice of Dispute to the other party describing the claim and the relief requested (to us: the address and email in the Contact section). The parties will negotiate in good faith for thirty (30) days. Either party may seek temporary injunctive relief at any time.

37.Binding Individual Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that is not resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. The arbitration will take place in Richland County, South Carolina, or remotely by agreement. The arbitrator may award the same relief a court could award to an individual party.

38.Claims Excluded from Arbitration

Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court, seek temporary injunctive relief, or bring claims for intellectual-property infringement, unauthorized access, misuse of confidential information, or enforcement of an arbitration award in court.

39.Class-Action and Jury-Trial Waivers

Disputes must be brought individually. To the fullest extent permitted by law, both parties waive class actions, class arbitration, representative actions, and coordinated mass arbitration, and, for any dispute heard in court, waive trial by jury.

40.Governing Law and Venue

The Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration. The laws of the State of South Carolina govern everything else, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Court proceedings not subject to arbitration must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Richland County, South Carolina, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

41.Limitation Period

Any claim must be started within one (1) year after the claiming party knew or should have known the facts giving rise to it; later claims are permanently barred, to the extent the law allows.

42.Attorneys' Fees

We may recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred collecting undisputed amounts you owe. Otherwise each party bears its own fees unless a statute, the arbitrator, or a court provides otherwise.

43.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. We will post the updated Terms at gogosites.com and, for material changes, email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance. Changes do not affect disputes that arose before the change.

44.Assignment, Notices, and General Terms

You may not assign these Terms or your subscription without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, financing, or restructuring. We may send notices by email to the address on your account; you must keep it current. Formal legal notices to us go to the Contact address below. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent allowed and the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms create no third-party beneficiaries. These Terms, the incorporated policies, and your order form are the entire agreement and supersede prior statements. Headings are for convenience; "including" means "including without limitation"; business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

45.Incorporated Policies

The following are part of these Terms: the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and the AI and Automated Communications Policy. If a signed order form conflicts with these Terms, the order form controls for that order.

46.Checkout and Acceptance

Plans are purchased on a secure checkout page operated by Stripe. Before paying you must tick a box confirming that you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the AI and Automated Communications Policy, that you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel, that payments are nonrefundable, and, on a 12-month plan, that canceling early makes a $500 early-termination charge due. Stripe records the time, IP address and page of your acceptance, and we keep that record. Marketing consent is requested separately and is never required to purchase.

47.Electronic Records, Signatures and Fraud Prevention

You agree that clicking, checking a box, typing your name, or paying on our checkout page is your electronic signature and creates a binding record, and that records we keep electronically are as valid as paper. To prove that a purchase and the instructions that followed came from you, and to defend against fraud and payment disputes, we record and keep: your name, email, phone and business name; the time and content of each acceptance; your IP address, approximate location, browser and device details; the time you open and complete each onboarding step; the files you upload and their digital fingerprints; your typed signature; and the payment details Stripe shares with us (card brand, last four digits, address and security-code check results, risk assessment). We may provide this record to our payment processor, card networks and banks in connection with a dispute, and to authorities when the law requires.

48.Onboarding, Uploads and Your Brief

After checkout you complete a short onboarding form telling us about your domain, logo, design direction, business details and bonuses. The files you upload (logos, photos, documents) are stored with your account so we can build your site; you confirm you have the right to use them. When you sign the onboarding attestation we issue you a unique customer ID, email it to you, and record it with your account and your signature; please include it in any request about your account. The brief you submit is the basis of the build; changes after the preview is delivered count toward your monthly edits or are quoted. If we do not receive your onboarding within 30 days of checkout, billing continues and we will remind you; we are not responsible for delay caused by missing information.

49.Included Bonuses

Preview Activation Offer. If you request a free website preview, we may offer you a Preview Activation Offer on your preview page. The offer is the plan shown at its published price under either payment option. It may include the GoGo First Customer Kit (one promotional offer graphic, one matching Facebook post and caption, five lead follow-up message templates, one customer review request graphic, and a personalized 30-day launch checklist, each template-based and personalized from your onboarding brief) when you activate by the hold-until date shown on your preview page and in the preview email. After that date the kit is no longer part of the offer; nothing else about the offer changes. The kit is delivered with your launch, has no cash value, is not refundable or exchangeable, and does not include ad management or ad spend. Launch-Ready Approval means one defined round of design refinements to the approved preview before launch; further rounds follow the Build and Launch section.

Every plan includes launch bonuses at no extra charge. All plans: Facebook Ads training videos, a 30-day marketing checklist, customer review request templates, and a website QR code. Liftoff also includes a basic set of social media starter templates. Orbit, Rocket and Mission Control also include logo concept (one concept and one revision), three Facebook ad creatives, and the full set of social media starter templates. Bonuses are reusable resources or specifically scoped onboarding deliverables, not ongoing marketing work; they are provided as part of the subscription, have no cash value, are not refundable or exchangeable, and may be changed or withdrawn for new customers with notice. Training videos and templates are licensed to you for your own business use while you are a customer and may not be copied, shared or resold. Ad creatives are for you to run in your own ad account; you are responsible for your ad spend and for complying with the platform's advertising policies. Review request templates must be used to ask for genuine, unincentivized reviews; we do not guarantee reviews, rankings or map placement.
