What do you need from me?
Your business name or logo, a handful of photos, what you do, where you do it, and how customers should reach you. Most people send it in one email. It takes about 15 minutes.
What counts as a minor edit?
A change to existing content or a standard website component: new text, a swapped photo, updated hours or phone number, a price change. Orbit and above get unlimited minor edits, one active request at a time, and we target routine edits within two business days. Liftoff includes one a month. New pages, redesigns, custom functionality and ongoing SEO projects are quoted separately.
What's in the five monthly articles?
On Rocket and Mission Control, five published, business-specific pieces every month. Each one has a relevant topic, useful original information, proper on-page formatting, internal links, a call to action and a quality review. You approve each article in your portal before it goes live. It's an ongoing content service, separate from the one-time SEO setup in every plan.
What is the done-with-you AI search setup?
We sit down with you (by email or a call) and set your business up to be found and understood by AI assistants and AI-powered search: business discovery, service-topic planning, initial search and indexing configuration, the FAQs that matter for your trade, and a walkthrough of your starting content strategy. It does not promise a ranking, an AI recommendation, or a number of leads; nobody can.
What happens if I cancel?
Month-to-month: cancel any time and your service ends at the close of the billing period. 12-month plan: cancel early and a flat $500 early-termination charge applies, nothing else. Either way, your domain, content and data are yours, there is no buyout fee, and you can take a usable export of your site with you.
Is the receptionist really AI?
Yes. On Mission Control, callers reach an AI assistant that says it is one, takes a message, asks your qualifying questions, and books appointments where a supported calendar is connected. You get a summary after every call. It is not for emergencies, and you still review what it tells people.
How do I update my card, see invoices, or cancel?
Email and we'll handle it the same day, or manage billing yourself: update your card, download receipts, or cancel at the end of your term. Month-to-month plans end at the close of the billing period; 12-month plans owe the flat $500 early-termination charge if ended early.
How does the free Auto SEO work?
On Orbit and Rocket, Auto SEO is free for your first 6 months. Turn it on in your portal within 72 hours of first signing in and you get 12 months free instead.
