1.Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Assure Lead LLC, doing business as GoGoSites ("GoGoSites," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information through gogosites.com, our customer accounts, orders, billing, support, marketing, and the websites and automation features we build and run for our customers (the "Services").

We play two roles. For information about our own customers, prospects, and website visitors, we decide how it is used ("Customer Information"). For information about our customers' website visitors, callers, and clients that flows through the sites and automation features we operate for them ("Customer Data"), our customer decides how it is used and we process it on their behalf as a service provider. The Customer Data section explains what that means for you if you interacted with a site or phone line we run for one of our customers.

2.Business-to-Business Services

The Services are offered to businesses. Our customers control their own websites, automation settings, and the data their customers submit. If you are the customer of one of our customers, direct privacy requests to that business first; we will assist them.

3.Information We Collect

Identity and contact details: name, business name, email, phone, mailing address, job title.

Account information: login credentials, account settings, communications preferences, the plan you chose, and your billing term.

Payment information: handled by our payment processor, Stripe, on its checkout page. We receive limited data such as the card brand, last four digits, expiration, billing address, transaction records and the record of your acceptance of our terms. We do not store full card numbers.

Onboarding uploads: logos, photos and documents you upload after checkout, stored in our cloud file storage (hosted in the United States) under your account.

Content you give us for your site: logos, text, photos, videos, business details, and anything else you ask us to publish.

Communications: emails, support messages, texts, call recordings and transcripts, chat logs, and notes from our conversations with you.

Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, and interactions with our site and emails, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

AI interaction data: prompts, inputs, and outputs when you interact with our AI tools, including chat and voice assistants we operate.

Purchase and onboarding evidence: the time and content of each terms acceptance, your IP address and approximate location, browser and device details, the time you open and complete onboarding steps, digital fingerprints of files you upload, your typed signature, and the card checks and risk signals Stripe shares with us. We keep this to prove purchases, prevent fraud, and respond to payment disputes.

Inferences: for example, which plan or feature may fit your business.

We do not seek sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, precise geolocation, health, or financial-account details) and ask that you not send it to us.

4.Customer Data We Process for Our Customers

When we host a website or run a chatbot, missed-call text-back, AI phone receptionist, lead dashboard, or booking feature for a customer, we process the information their visitors and callers provide: contact-form submissions, chat transcripts, phone numbers and text messages, call recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries, appointment details, and related metadata. We use Customer Data only to provide the Services to that customer, to secure and improve the Services, and as the law requires. We do not sell Customer Data or use it for our own marketing. Our customer is responsible for telling their visitors and callers how their information is used and for obtaining any consent the law requires, including consent to automated texts, AI-assisted calls, and call recording.

5.Sources of Personal Information

We collect information from you directly; from your colleagues who manage your account; from our customers (when they submit Customer Data); from payment, telephony, messaging, calendar, hosting, and AI providers; from analytics and advertising tools; from public sources such as business listings; and from cookies and similar technologies.

6.How We Use Personal Information

To provide, build, host, and support the Services; to set up and manage your account and billing; to communicate with you about orders, service changes, security, and support; to send marketing where you have agreed or the law allows; to operate AI and automation features; to analyze and improve the Services; to detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents; to comply with legal obligations; to enforce our agreements; and in connection with a corporate transaction.

7.Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technology

gogosites.com uses cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember preferences, measure traffic (for example through Google Analytics), and, where you consent, measure advertising. Where required by law, nonessential cookies are set only with your consent, and you can change your choices in your browser or through any cookie controls we provide. Sites we build for customers may use analytics and other tools chosen by that customer.

8.Targeted Advertising, Sale, and Sharing

We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising and analytics tools may count as a "sale" or "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain state laws. You can opt out by contacting us using the details below, by adjusting cookie settings, or by using a browser signal such as Global Privacy Control, which we honor where required.

9.How We Disclose Personal Information

We share personal information with service providers that help us run the Services (hosting and content-delivery providers, domain registrars, payment processors, email and messaging providers, telephone carriers, AI model providers, calendar and booking tools, analytics providers, and support tools), each under contractual restrictions; with professional advisors; with government authorities or others when required by law or to protect rights and safety; with a successor in a merger, sale, or similar transaction; and with others at your direction.

10.Artificial Intelligence

We use AI tools to help design sites, draft content for your review, support customers, and power the chatbot and AI phone receptionist features. AI providers process the data needed to deliver those features under contracts that restrict their use of it. We do not use Customer Data to train our own models, and we select providers whose terms do not allow them to train general-purpose models on our customers' data. AI outputs can be wrong; we review AI-drafted content before publishing, and our customers are responsible for reviewing summaries and messages generated on their behalf. See our AI and Automated Communications Policy.

11.Marketing Calls, Texts, and Automated Voices

With your consent where the law requires it, we may contact you by phone, text, and email about our Services, including with automated technology or artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voices. Consent to marketing is separate from accepting our Terms and is not a condition of purchase. You can withdraw it at any time, for example by replying STOP to a text (reply HELP for help), clicking unsubscribe in an email, or emailing us. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

Text-messaging consent and phone numbers are never shared. SMS opt-in data and consent, and the mobile numbers collected for text messaging, will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share them only with the service providers that deliver our messages, and only for that purpose.

12.Call Recording and Monitoring

Calls and chats with us may be recorded, transcribed, and analyzed for quality, training, security, and dispute resolution, with notice or consent where required. Calls handled by an AI receptionist we operate for a customer are recorded and transcribed for that customer; the assistant announces that it is automated and that the call may be recorded where required.

13.Automated Decision-Making

We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you solely by automated means. Lead-qualification features sort and score inquiries for our customers' convenience; our customers decide how to respond.

14.Customer Responsibilities

Our customers must have the right to collect and share the Customer Data they route through the Services, provide the notices their visitors and callers are entitled to, obtain required consents, honor opt-outs, and avoid collecting sensitive information they do not need. We may suspend processing that appears unlawful.

15.Data Retention

We keep Customer Information for as long as you have an account and afterward as needed for billing records, tax and legal obligations, disputes, and security (generally up to seven years for financial records, and purchase and onboarding evidence for as long as a payment could still be disputed plus seven years). We keep Customer Data while the customer's subscription is active; after it ends we keep a backup for thirty (30) days and then delete it, except where the law requires longer retention. Deletion may not reach archived backups immediately.

16.Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including access controls, encryption in transit and where appropriate at rest, monitoring, and vendor review. No system is perfectly secure. Protect your account credentials and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

17.Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to opt out of targeted advertising, sales, or profiling; and to appeal a decision on your request. Submit requests using the contact details below. We will verify your identity and respond within the time the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are a customer of one of our customers, please contact that business; we will support them in responding.

18.State Privacy Disclosures

In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information listed in the Information We Collect section, for the purposes described above, and disclosed them to the categories of recipients described in How We Disclose Personal Information. We do not sell personal information for money and do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise the rights described above where those laws apply to us.

19.Children

The Services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

20.Third-Party Websites and Services

Our site and the sites we build may link to or integrate third-party services. Their privacy practices are their own, and we are not responsible for them.

21.International Processing

We are based in the United States and process information here and in other countries where our providers operate. Where the law requires, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers.

22.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify customers by email or through their account.
