Refund Policy

1.All Sales Are Final

Assure Lead LLC, doing business as GoGoSites ("GoGoSites") does not offer voluntary refunds. Subscription payments, setup fees, early-termination charges, overage charges, add-on work, and third-party fees are final when paid and are not refunded, except where this Policy or nonwaivable law says otherwise.

2.No Buyer's Remorse

Changing your mind, choosing a plan you no longer want, deciding not to send us your content, or changes in your business, staffing, or finances do not qualify for a refund or for cancellation of amounts already owed.

3.Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Your plan renews monthly until you cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current or any past period, and we do not prorate partial months. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.

4.Setup Fees

A setup fee on a month-to-month plan is nonrefundable once we begin work, which normally happens within one business day of your order.

5.12-Month Plans and Early Termination

On a 12-month plan the setup fee is waived on the condition that you complete the term. If you cancel before the term ends, or we terminate for your breach or nonpayment, a flat $500 early-termination charge is charged to your payment method on file and is nonrefundable. No further monthly fees are owed after your cancellation takes effect. Month-to-month plans have no early-termination charge.

6.Delays Caused by You

Billing starts on your order date. Late or missing content, slow feedback, or delayed approvals do not pause billing, extend your term, or create a refund right.

7.Service Issues

If something on your site or in an automation feature is not working, contact support and we will fix it. Correcting the issue is your remedy; service issues do not create a refund right unless we terminate your subscription without cause.

8.Our Cancellation or Termination Without Cause

If we cancel your subscription or terminate the Services without cause, we will refund any prepaid, unused subscription period. This is the only situation in which GoGoSites owes a refund.

9.Usage and Overage Charges

Charges for chatbot interactions, text messages, AI phone minutes, or other usage beyond your plan's allowance are billed as incurred and are nonrefundable, including usage generated by spam, bots, or misdialed calls that we could not reasonably prevent.

10.Add-On Work

Quoted work beyond your plan (new pages, redesigns, integrations, custom features) is nonrefundable once work begins. If you cancel quoted work before we start, we will not charge for it.

11.Included Bonuses

Launch bonuses (training videos, the marketing checklist, review request templates, the QR code, social media templates, and on Orbit and above the logo and ad creatives) are part of the subscription and have no separate price or cash value. Not using a bonus does not reduce your plan price or create a refund right. Work delivered as a bonus is not refundable.

12.GoGo Partner Credit

The Partner Credit is a discount, not a payment, and has no cash value. If you remove the footer attribution, the credit ends at the next billing cycle; credits already applied are not clawed back and future months are billed at the standard price.

13.Third-Party Fees

Domain registrations, premium domains, stock media, telephone numbers, and other third-party costs purchased at your request are nonrefundable.

14.Price Changes and Promotions

A later price drop, promotion, or new plan structure does not entitle you to a refund, credit, or adjustment on amounts already paid.

15.Credits, Coupons, and Discounts

Credits, coupons, and discounts have no cash value, cannot be refunded or exchanged, and may expire or be withdrawn.

16.Unauthorized or Duplicate Charges

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or duplicated, contact us right away. We will investigate and correct confirmed processing errors.

17.Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback does not cancel your subscription, erase what you owe, or create a refund right. We may submit our records to the card network, suspend the Services while a dispute is open, and recover amounts reversed in error along with dispute fees.

18.Exclusive Remedy

For problems with the Services, your exclusive remedy is correction of the problem, or, where we terminate without cause, the refund described above. We do not reimburse lost profits, lost leads, staff time, advertising spend, or other indirect costs, except where the law prohibits that exclusion.

19.Required Legal Exceptions

Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Where the law requires a refund or reversal, we will provide the minimum the law requires for the affected transaction only.

20.Our Discretion

We may choose to offer an accommodation in a particular case. Doing so is voluntary, creates no obligation or precedent, and is valid only if confirmed in writing by an authorized GoGoSites representative.

21.Acceptance

Before ordering you must check an unchecked box acknowledging this Policy and authorizing recurring charges until you cancel. Order confirmations and invoices state that payments are nonrefundable.

22.Governing Terms

This Policy is part of our Terms of Service, and the governing-law, venue, and arbitration provisions there apply to it. If any part of this Policy is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the extent allowed and the rest remains in effect.
